It is revered as one of the most sacred pilgrimages in the world - four temples nestled in seclusion, among the mighty Himalayan peaks. Nothing spells devotion more than a visit to the Char Dhams. Ganga, Yamuna, Vishnu, and the mighty Shiva exist in their purest incarnations up there, and for a Hindu, it is the closest one can come to experiencing heavenly bliss.

What is Char Dham Yatra and why is it so important?
Char Dham, literally ‘the four abodes’, yatra refers to the journey up the mountains to four sacred temples in the North Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is also referred to as 'Chhota Char Dham' to differentiate it from the bigger circuit of Char Dham sites. The four temples that comprise Char Dham are Yamunotri Dham, Gangotri Dham, Badrinath Dham and Kedarnath Dham. Yamunotri Dham, named after the Goddess Yamuna, is the first Dham en route the yatra. A bath in the holy waters of Yamuna river is said to cleanse one of all sins and protect from untimely death. Gangotri Dham, the second temple that falls on the Chota Char Dham circuit, is the birthplace of the holy river Ganga. Kedarnath, known as the land of Lord Shiva, has the highest located jyotirling. Situated on the banks of Mandakini River, the view of this temple against its snowy backdrop is resplendent. Badrinath, named after Lord Badri(Vishnu), is located along the banks of Alaknanda River. Also part of the bigger Char Dham circuit, it stands beautifully on Garhwal Hill, rearing its golden head and fluttering its red flags with Godly presence.

DAY-1 : DEHRADUN TO YAMUNOTRI

06:30 AM DEPARTURE S’DHARA HELIPAD, DEHRADUN

07:15 AM ARRIVAL KHARSALI HELIPAD, YAMUNOTRI

• Passengers are requested to reach state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun which is the starting and ending point of this yatra.
• Our pilots and ground staff will brief the guest about the entire trip and do’s and don’ts.
• Upon arrival at Kharsali (The helipad for Yamunotri) passengers are welcomed by our ground staff.
• Temple is a 5.5 KMS trek which will be cover by palki. Total journey will take approx. 4 hour 30 min.
• Generally passengers will return to Helipad than start to Gangorti.

DAY-1 YAMUNOTRI TO GANGOTRI

12:30 PM DEPARTURE KHARSALI HELIPAD, YAMUNOTRI

13:15 PM ARRIVAL HARSIL HELIPAD, GANGOTRI

( Harsil is one of the most beautiful and picturesque valleys in Uttrakhand and also known as mini Switzerland. Gangotri temple is approx 22 KMS from Harsil helipad and drive by car is approx. 45-50 mins. After Darshan stay at Harsil is arranged at Himalayan Nature Resort which is around 2 KMS from helipad. Our ground staff will assist passengers through out there stay at Harsil. We provide all the basic and leisure facilities for the tourists such as a premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian food, short walks, local sightseeing and an evening bonfire in Gangotri )

Kedarnath is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks, making it the most remote site among all four Char Dham sites. We will arrive to Phata helipad from Gangotri, here after changing the chopper we will fly for KEDARNATH. Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 10 min to reach. Once the Darshan is completed, We will return to Phata Helipad and change Helicopter for Badrinath.



DAY-2 KEDARNATH TO BADRINATH

(Badrinath has an average elevation of 3,100 meter. According to legend Shankara discovered a black stone image of Lord Badrinarayan made of Saligram stone in the Alaknanda River, Temple is approx 01 KM away from helipad and will take approx 10 min to reach by our pre arranged car.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

• There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 3 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper
• Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
• At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
• Accommodation at Harsil with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Available Hotel properties at Harsil the accommodation standard is 4 Star.
• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
• Company reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions.
• Full amount has to be deposited 7 days prior to date of journey.
• CANCELLATION POLICY : If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges:
• If cancelled before 7 Days from the date Journey --- 20% of amount
• If cancelled between 7 days to 48 Hrs from date of Journey --- 50% of amount
• Less than 48 hours before Journey --- 75% of amount
• Less than 24 hours before Journey ---No Refund
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 01 night 02 days, we will still try to finish the darshan on next day but second night accommodation chargeable. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham (Non-departure from Shastradhara Helipad Dehradun) due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. Thanks for stopping by!!!

CHARDHAM YATRA IN 5 NIGHT / 6 DAYS

Tour Itinerary

Day 1/ Dehradun
Our services commences with Pick up from Dehradun Airport/ Railway station on the previous day before the Char dhamYatra departure.

• Pickup from Airport/RailwayStation
• Drop to Hotel Madhuban/Lemon Tree for complementary overnight stay, rooms and double sharing basis on MAP plan.

Day 2/ Dehradun to Yamunotri (Flying Time 00:45 Minutes)
After having Breakfast at hotel store the extra baggage’s in the hotel +Drop to Dehradun Helipad (Sahastradhara), It will take 10 min from Hotel Madhuban/Lemon Tree to reach at Helipad + Takeoff for Kharshali helipad (subject to the departure time) + Check – In Yamunotri cottage/Hotel Yamunakriti + Briefing by our staff + commence journey to Yamunotri Dham by Palki or Pony ( As per availability) The trek to Yamunotri Dham is 5.5Km each side (5-6 HRS.) + Back to resort/hotel by evening + Evening Snacks + Dinner + Overnight stay at Yamunotri cottages/Hotel Yamunakriti.

Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri (Flying Time 00:45 Minutes)
After having breakfast will proceed to Kharsali Helipad for Take- off to Harshil, After landing at Harsil our team will pick up you & drive for Hotel + Lunch / Post Lunch drive to Gangotri Dham by cab (20KMS). The total distance from hotel to Gangotri temple is 20km which we will cover by cab & it will take (00:45 Hrs). + After Darshan at the holy shrine back to hotel by evening + Dinner+ Overnight at Harsil Resort.

Day 4: Gangotri to Kedarnath (Flying Time 00:50 Minutes)
Breakfast + Fly for Phata + change the helicopter for shuttle service & fly to Kedarnath Dham. (Due to the state govt. safety rules and regulation charters are not permitted to land at Shri Kedarnath ji Helipad directly)+ Walk to Temple (500Mtr.) after Darshan holy shrine Kedarnath (Priority Darshan facility will be provided) Fly back to Phata overnight stay at Kailash Residency/Monal Resort or similar +dinner over night stay.

Day 5: Kedarnath to Badrinath (Flying Time 00:40 Minutes)
After having breakfast will proceed to Phata Helipad for Take- off to Badrinath After landing at Shri Badrinath Ji heipad drive to hotel by cab + Lunch + evening mandir VIP darshan + Visit of Mana Village( Optional if time permitting) + Dinner + Overnight stay.

Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun (Flying Time 01:05 Minutes)
A tempting breakfast + Fly to Dehradun (Sahastradhara Helipad) + drop to Airport / Railway Station.

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

• Carrying of AADHAR CARD is must for all Indians whereas passport is required in case for foreign national.
• All the hotels at Chardham Sector are non star category but we provide the best option available & the food served is pure vegetarian. Hotels are subject to sudden changes due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted to carry Excess baggage is to be stored at the hotel before proceeding to helipad, which can be collected later after completion of the tour.
• All temples in Chardham sector are located in high altitude & passengers are advised to carry their own medication. At these locations, it becomes cold in the evening, so passengers are advised to carry woolen clothing with them.
• Passengers body Weighing at the time of boarding in helicopter is must, since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
• At Badrinath you would be provided with VIP darshan slip where as our associates shall assist you in all other dhams.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
• No or delayed flying are subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Airforce & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force ( NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed reporting of the guests at the helipads
• Every person beyond 80 Kg shall pay Rs.100/-per Kg extra toward Palki at Yamunotri &Rs.150/-per person for shuttle at Phata to Kedarnath on direct payment basis.
• The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests in case of over staying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidablereasons.
• If stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we shall try to finish two dhams on next day & maintain the further schedule.
• We shall refund the proportionate money calculated on missed flying time & other services in case guests are unable to visit any of the dham due to bad weather situation or any reason beyond our control.
• Full refund shall be applicable in case we are unable to commence the journey from Dehradun due to any reason beyond ourcontrol.
• Any donations, tips, pitthu & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.
• Single Supplement @ Rs. 15,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations.
• Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall not be compensated by us and all legal disputes are to be settled within jurisdiction of Delhi.
